Payment and cancellation

Tuition runs on auto pay. Pausing payments is the same as canceling.

• We do not pause payments We cancel your auto pay. If you stop payment at any time or for any period, your spot in the program is not held.
• Cancellation notice Thirty days written notice is required before cancellation. Late notice is charged in full, with no refund.
• Returning students Contact the institute to schedule a return date. Current rates and registration fees apply upon return.
• Declined or late payments Payment must be current before a student can attend class or be considered for testing. A $25 late processing fee applies if payment is not updated within 48 hours.

Attendance and health

• Sick students stay home Students who are ill should not attend class. The institute reserves the right to send home a student who appears sick.
• Drop-off Students may not be dropped off earlier than their scheduled class time. Doors open five minutes before class begins.
• Pickup Students must be picked up promptly at the end of class. Early drop-off or late pickup outside these windows may carry a supervision fee.

Belt testing

• Readiness, not the calendar Testing timing is set by instructor assessment of a student's readiness and completed requirements, not a fixed schedule.
• No makeup testing A student who misses a testing date joins the next available round. Staff scheduling does not allow for individual makeup sessions.
