Mini Taekwon-Do
The first class, sized for the smallest students in the room.
Ages 5 to 10ITF Taekwon-Do Kids
Patterns, sparring basics, and the habits that carry off the mat.
Ages 11 and upITF Taekwon-Do Teen and Adult
Full curriculum for teenagers and grown-ups, beginners included.
Every student follows the same five levels: effective student, competitor, assistant instructor, head instructor, school owner.
